We are looking to fill 6 positions, Full time 40 + hours a week. We need drivers, crew leaders, delivery crew, and cleaning crew members. We need dependable, hardworking individuals ASAP. Work to start immediately. Pay depends on experience and work ethic. $10 to $12 an hour with bonuses. Must have flexible hours. We will work ODD and LONG hours and EVERY of weekend. Inflatables and Cleaning Crew– Able to lift heavy objects, flexible hour, weekends

Job Description

Provide secretarial and clerical support for Tennessee Event Specialist. Essential tasks include: answering incoming telephone calls, provide information to clientele, book reservations, provide assistance to our Administrative Assistant and President. Perform other related tasks and projects as assigned. Occasional work outside of normal business hours may be required.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • take and relay messages

  • greet persons entering Tennessee Event Specialist
  • deal with queries from the public and customers
  • provide general administrative and clerical support
  • prepare correspondence and documents
  • receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • schedule appointments
  • control inventory relevant to reception area
  • tidy and maintain the reception area

Education and Experience

  • high school diploma generally required
  • knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
  • knowledge of customer service principles and practices
